1. Scope
These Terms apply to the use of the ClearTerm service provided by the operator listed in the Contact section below.
2. Service description
- Analyze uploaded contract PDFs (risk scan).
- Compare two contract versions (diff/change analysis).
- Generate plain-English explanations and negotiation suggestions.
3. Registration and account
An account is optional. Paid features (scan pack) require sign-in. You must keep your credentials confidential.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful content.
- Do not infringe third-party rights.
- No abuse (e.g. automated bulk uploads or circumventing limits).
5. Pricing and payments
If you buy a scan pack, payment is processed once via Stripe. See Pricing for details.
6. Cancellation
- Free use can be stopped at any time.
- The scan pack is a one-time purchase with no subscription; credits remain until you use them or the pack window ends.

ClearTerm does not provide legal advice. Outputs are automated signals and do not replace qualified counsel. You remain responsible for your decisions.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service (e.g. maintenance or third-party outages).
