These Terms apply to the use of the “ClearTerm” service (the “Service”) provided by the operator listed in the Contact section below.

• Analyze uploaded contract PDFs (risk scan).
• Compare two contract versions (diff/change analysis).
• Generate plain-English explanations and negotiation suggestions.

An account is optional. Subscription features (e.g. Pro) require sign-in. You must keep your credentials confidential.

• Do not upload unlawful content.
• Do not infringe third-party rights.
• No abuse (e.g., automated bulk uploads, circumventing limits).

If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed via Stripe. See Pricing for plan details.

• Free use can be stopped at any time.
• Paid subscriptions can be managed/canceled via Stripe Billing Portal; access remains until the end of the billing period (if applicable).

ClearTerm does not provide legal advice. Outputs are automated signals and do not replace qualified counsel. You remain responsible for your decisions.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service (e.g., maintenance or third-party outages).
