How much does ClearTerm cost?

ClearTerm is free for 5 contract scans a month on an account, and 1 a month with no account at all. Pro is $9 per month for 50 scans, composed negotiation emails, a searchable archive and priority support. It is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Billing questions

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?: Analysis stops until the limit resets at the start of the next calendar month, and ClearTerm tells you which limit you hit. Nothing is charged automatically and no scan is queued. You can upgrade at any point to raise the limit to 50 scans a month.
Do unused scans roll over?: No. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month and unused scans do not carry forward.
Does a Diff Mode comparison use one scan or two?: One. Comparing two versions of a contract counts as a single scan against your monthly allowance, even though you upload two files.
How do I cancel?: Open your profile and choose Manage Billing, which takes you to Stripe's customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?: If something went wrong — a failed analysis you were charged for, or a renewal you did not intend — email us and we will sort it out. There is no automatic refund flow, so contact us directly.
Is VAT included?: Prices are shown excluding VAT. Stripe applies the correct rate for your country at checkout, so the final amount may differ from the figure above.
